When I try and activate airlock I get the following message:

Unable to contact activation server; please check your internet connection.

Been getting this for a few days now.

Any ideas?

Cheers,

Chris.

Same problem... and yet they have not posted anything here to address it?

I would understand if this was free software, but I just paid money for this application and it is unable to connect to the internet (or any iPhones)

    How about some support?

So, I've used this program ever since I've had my MacBook Pro. Unfortunately I had to install a new HD and now that I try and activate Airlock, i'm getting the same problem as everyone else. Seems pretty shitty that you can still purchase the product on the website, but you can't activate the application. He should at least take down the payment screen

Since it looks like this product isn't being supported any longer and we've all paid for it does anyone know a good way to crack it so we can actually use the product we've paid for?

People, it's the SSL cert that is expired on the server. Until they fix that, there is a work around I found:

Go into Safari, visit https://support.themha.com/, accept the expired cert permanently and then go register/activate the app in the preferences pane. That should solve the problem for you.

It doesn't work on the newest update of Mac Lion, so I'm giving up on this and filing a claim on PayPal to get a refund. For those of you that wish to do the same, click on the link, login, enter the transaction id, then fill out the forms. Once done with that, escalate the case to a claim so that PayPal can review the problem themselves instead of the seller.

My advice is give up, claim your money back through paypal and get the tokenlock app from the app store. It's lion and snow leopard compatible, not quite as nice looking, does the same thing and is cheaper at 1.99

It only worked for me if I went to this link not sure why:

    https://themha.com/airlock/purchase/

Then accepted the expired certificate permanently like the other sent.

    Good luck.

I need to know why I am losing internet connectivity like around nighttime, late. I keep losing internet on both IPv4 and IPv6! It both said "No Internet Access" Then later IPv6 said "No Network Access" That's the problem i am having on my personal laptop computer. I really am furious that I lost internet connection around 12:15, 12:30, 12:50, 1:30, 2:15, 2:30, and 3:30 A.M. i suddenly lost internet right there. And I heard the internet crew shuts down the internet system every nighttime and fixing it. I want to know why they need to fix it, how long will the repairs last, and when will the internet be running up again all day and all night long?! Thank you for understanding. I live in Austin, Texas and i lost internet at my house, but the wi-fi was working just fine for my cell-phone.

Tai, way to make Texans look clever... You posted a random bullshit request for help on the support site for some Mac software.

On the bright side, it was funny as hell. :)
